Chickpea Salad 
- 14 oz can chickpea, rinsed and rained (398mL)
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 4 tbsp Low-fat plain Yogurt (60mL)
- 4tsp Tamarind sauce or balsamic vinegar (20mL)
